Who We Are
Lisa Brown, owner and principal of LTB Consulting, has extensive experience in business and human resources, with specific expertise in the manufacturing and materials testing industries. Lisa is also actively engaged in writing and communication projects, and has served as a trustee and board member in diverse settings.
From 1990 to 2006, Lisa occupied various high-level managerial positions with Crowley Foods – a regional dairy company acquired by HP Hood LLC — ultimately culminating in the role of VP of Organization and Planning. In this capacity, she directed all HR and planning efforts for the corporation, and was one of five corporate officers who successfully grew the business through rapid acquisition. From 2008 to 2016, Lisa served as VP of HR for IMR Test Labs, a privately-owned company specializing in materials testing. At IMR, she established an HR function, served as an integral part of the senior leadership team, readied IMR for sale to Curtiss-Wright Corporation, and assisted in launching two start-up labs in Asia.
In 2017, Lisa launched LTB Consulting, LLP, with the goal of providing business and HR consulting services to businesses and individuals. Lisa’s business acumen and expertise allows her to bring together a network of peers and professionals to provide customized solutions, as clients’ needs dictate.
